The system allows for granular access to its functions.  

Each user can have access to any number of locals with one of three access levels.  Viewers may search and view records but not modify them.  Editors may modify and delete records.  Admins can modify and delete records as well as add menu items, buildings, and for systemwide users, add more users and change user permissions.

User passwords should also be changed from this screen by entering the new password twice in the appropriate fields.
